ARDIC attended Free Software and Linux Days 2011

Free Software and Linux Days Event, annually organized by Istanbul Bilgi University and Turkish Linux Users Association, celebrated its 10th year anniversary this year. As of April 1-2, 2011, the Event was held at the Santral Campus of Istanbul Bilgi University.

This year, the number of presentations and workshops on Android was more than the previous year. ARDIC was Gold Sponsor of the event and arranged a workshop on Android Operating System. In the workshop, first, Android application development environment and tools were explained. Then, a sample application was developed by showing the structure and life cycle of an Android application. The developed application was also run and debugged on the emulator and sample devices (tablet and smartphone).
