Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of the position:

  • Provide consulting support to Sales and Business Development Groups.
  • Develop overall business strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop Product/Solution Requirement Documents.
  • Work closely with customers, lead the effort of product functionality requirements gathering.
  • Assist with developing sales accounts, Pre-sales support.
  • Support Account Managers with end-customer sales negotiations.
  • Organize and deliver training workshops for development teams as well as customers.
  • Act as a trusted Business Advisor to CxO board level clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients at a senior level and participate in client presentations and proposal/pitch writing.
  • Support customer business case and business model development.
  • Liaison between sales, customer and product development teams, in-house champion of the customer.
 

Required Qualifications

Minimum requirements for Account Architect for a permanent position to work in an innovative and enthusiastic team:

  • BS, MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and very competent skills gained through knowledge from increasingly complex tasks
  • Good understanding of telecommunications networks and architectures
  • Comprehension end-to-end complex system architecture
  • Highly innovative and seeking to be thought leader in the area of telecommunications and information systems
  • Proactive, organized, able to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Good understanding on rapid development and extreme prototyping methodologies
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral

Experience and know-how in;

  • Object Oriented Design principles and concepts
  • SOA and SDP architecture concepts
  • Client/Server architecture principles
  • UML, C++, JAVA, .NET
