About Project:

Teknosa stores have frequent customer visits and most of them interested in comparisons of technical features and prices of items. Teknosa has a mobile sales application and sales assistances are equipped with Android tablets to use during their service and sales activities to increase the quality of the customer relationships and satisfactions.

There are tablets for sales assistances and store manager. The store manager needs to communicate and connect with the sales persons in store via the connected manager-sales assistant tablets.

Critical Project Requirements:

  • Remote Application management, including install/ uninstall/ delete/ update apps remotely
  • Messaging service that enables system admin to send instant messages to employee tablets
  • Remote device lock and partial wipe against lost or stolen instances
  • Single Sign On integration that enables mobile device enrollment with domain user credentials
  • Human Resources application integration that enables tracking of personal relocation between the stores and autonomous re-enrollment upon the store-change.
  • Network based tablet policy switch is crucial to make the Teknosa application work on the tablet at “One-application” mode within the store and re-switch to standard Android tablet mode when it works out of the store.


Solution Details:

ARDIC Modiverse Premium platform provides mobile security, mobile application management and mobile device management services for Teknosa Connected Stores.

Due to high-importance of “Remoteness” of the operation, ARDIC product Modiverse has been positioned in the project. Once, Teknosa accomplishes Modiverse installed on the device-side, all operation and “One-application” feature for their Nation- wide employees.

Not only transferring the any Android tablet to Teknosa store tablet, but also monitoring, managing and controlling the tablet from the Modiverse Premium admin panel was launched in the project.

The solution has been implemented on all tablets currently at the Teknosa stores.


Added Value of the Implemented Solutions:

  • Ready-to-use in- store tablets, all settings and updates are managed remotely.
  • Integration with HR platform and SSO service enables system admins to have automated user, role and policy implementation for tablets without any additional workload.
  • Event based policy service that implements different modes and policies to the mobile devices at in- store or out-of-the store instances.
